How We Structure Our Fees
Full-Service Design
Our comprehensive, turn-key transformations are structured either as a fixed flat fee or as a percentage of the overall project budget, determined by the size and complexity of the architectural scope. This model gives you budget predictability from day one, covering everything from detailed 3D spatial modeling to total procurement management.
This option is best for comprehensive renovations, new builds, and turn-key hospitality properties.
Consulting Design Services
For our collaborative partnership and advisory services, fees are billed as an hourly rate or a package rate based specifically on the depth of guidance, number of strategy sessions, and specific project milestones required. This gives you direct access to professional expertise and structural roadmapping while allowing you to retain full control over your execution and purchasing timeline.
This option is best for hands-on property owners needing material validation, layout audits, and professional decision support.
Styling, Staging & Curation Services
Our styling and aesthetic transformations are calculated as a tailored rate based on the square footage, room count, and depth of curation needed. This rate encompasses the complete creative direction, vintage sourcing, and on-site editorial staging required to make your space or Airbnb listing look exceptionally curated and market/photo-ready.
For real estate staging clients, a dedicated furnishing rental agreement and fee will be applied, detailed in your custom proposal and formal contract.
This option is best for spaces with established foundations that need professional curation, textiles, art, and finishing touches… or for that client who needs help showcasing a property at its best.
